Here I am . . . . I am still standing!

It has been quite a bit of time since last I posted. I have had a lunch turned to evening date, a garage sale with my parents, painted my parents guest room and entryway, soon I will be painting more for them in their house inside and the outside. I have been working hard at working five days a week at my job while ignoring the mean girls to the best of my ability. Among all this fun I have been working with Doc Bones (for the car accident-yes still) twice a week and Doc G for the feet. I really don't spend much if any time on the computer anymore. It is a choice since I would rather work on my re-purposing projects, my garden, walking my neighborhood taking photographs and help my parents with their projects.

As far as dating goes I am not having the best luck. I think I am a magnet for bad boys, drama girls and falling for what I cant have. This is a statement I am saying not in a "I feel sorry for myself" kind of way but trying to analyze the pattern. The last two women I "hung out" with were a bit kooky and exaggerate things way too much. Too high maintenance for me. Seriously, I don't know how guys deal with this type of woman. The guys seem together, mature but fun loving until the date. I'm young at heart and attitude but come on! My last date was a dozy.

I met this male Certified Nurses Assistant about 8 months ago while delivering regularly in the hospital. I enjoyed flirting in passing but did not think too much about it. After several months of getting to know him I thought I saw an interesting guy. He is a CNA because he wants to interact with the patient not paperwork. A couple months ago I started thinking "why not" and kicked it up a notch to have some fun. He is younger but seemed responsible and cute. The date is a posting in itself.

I recently met someone I am really attracted to. I do not know if they are interested in a buddy for fishing or in me. It's tough to be a tomboy. The eyes are intense and I am very attracted . . . .
