A bit of catch up is in order :)

I have not had the time to post the way I would like to . The last couple of weeks have been VERY busy but also the internet connection has been rotten. Last night and today I have spent more time trying to get thing to load up than I have actually done what I needed to on the computer. I think I solved the problem. On with the catch up! : )

So, Blogger has finally got it's publishing bug fixed. You can now read my blog in all it's glory! I thought it was my computer or the fact that I was using Hello to post photos. I would try to re-post again and again hoping that would fix it! I went to the Blogger home page to see if there was anything about a publishing problem. Yup! After reading there was a problem it still took over two weeks to fix. Hopefully that's the last of that!

Deep Dish has rehearsal time and a possible coach. We meet in a couple of weeks and see how we all fit. Some of the cast isn't available but we want to get going! Keep your fingers crossed!

The Creative Persons Project (CPP) is a success! People have come and enjoyed. A few have taken up knitting again in order to hang with us. It's not a requirement but we would gladly help you get into knitting! I don't call it a Stitch and Bitch since it is open to all hobbies. Ken said we might at well call it that with Karen and I there. Honestly we don't need needles in our hands to bitch at Ken. It's probably better if we don't because he can be quiet mouthy!

Heather from Dallas CSz will be in Portland tomorrow! She is staying with Me in My little room with the big queen size bed. :) I'm sure she knows by now that Marta likes everything! No worries. Luke and Jenny will spend lots of time here too even though they have homes of their own. Joseph is even coming up to join the fun. We are having a slumber party on Friday so at least we will all be cozy in our jammies staying up all night on Friday! I'm hoping for pizza, scary movies and whatever. . . .


Things I did/saw/viewed but never had a chance to post about. Maybe at a later date I can elaborate.

~ Saw Mini Kiss
This was their second time in the Portland are in 6 months. It was bad karaoke done by little people. I don't think they even ever saw KISS to mimic them!

~ Went to The Donnas in concert
Those gals are hot and can rock! The warm up bands were great too. Joseph and I saw them across the street from the Crystal Ballroom shopping before the concert. We didn't bug them.

Great concert! I had a awesome time.

~ Went to Portland Wrestling
I have gone to PNPW several times since last spring. The December taping was my first PW. You miss a bit attending the taping. They put it together with interviews they do back stage so at times you aren't sure what is going on. It makes sense when you watch the show on TV. Rody Piper will be at the next taping. I have a group planning to go to that one.

I have spent almost an hour on this post! Got to take the scraped up rental car back. I must buy coffee filters first or I will be useless tomorrow. Deeg is coming to look at my computer before we go to CSz workshop tonight. I'm sure there are things I need to do to get ready for Heather. More later
