So much to tell you!

I am going to be on the UnRadio Show as a (guest) co-host! We record my (1st) show on Thursday so it should be out on Friday. They heard about us on the Rumor Girls and that is where I first heard of them. Travis (from UnRadio) started listening to us and as he said "Got hooked!" Ken had been listening to them and when Travis said he was looking for a female co-host Ken sent Travis a link of a promo I tried to make! Ken says it's the funniest 10 minutes out there. He posted it on the Mediocre show forum as it was a promo for their show. that link Eric and Taylor under off topic crap >shameless self promotion. Anyway check out the UnRadio show at UnRadio Show

The other "project" I am excited about is I have started wrestling school to train to become a Valet! A Valet is the person that escorts the wrestler out to the ring. I started on Sunday training for this adventure. The first thing they teach you is the basics of wrestling. I learned how to do holds/moves, get out of holds, how to properly take a fall and lots of basic safety. They really stress safety at this school. I had a blast! Since I have an acting background already I'm ahead of the game. Joseph has taught me a lot about the sport while we watch it together. He tells me moves, tricks and generally telling me about the sport he is passionate about. I'm very excited to pursue this but money is a slight obstacle's right now. Thankfully it's pay as you go school so maybe I can attend a couple times a month. They don't do workout plans but work you on your skill and character(s). The three hours you are there on Sunday morning is a workout! I really learned a lot already and feel I would be good at this. I have lots to think about and remember!

I have been a fan of wrestling for the past couple of years and have felt especially locally there is a need for women in the sport. It would be great to participate in a sport I enjoy watching and improv a character in this venue.

A job I have applied for twice now and just missed is already filled but the owner of the coffee house liked my cover letter so much she asked to meet with me this week! She said she might be able to fit me in. It is a coffee house in my 'hood! Keep good vibes going my way!

Now for the wacky story that keeps going. My bike was stolen in early May. I looked on CraigsList in case the person tried to sell it. Never saw an ad for mine but there were a lot for stolen bikes especially in my neighborhood. A news story that came out the middle of last week said the police had busted a bike ring! I called the non-emergency number to see if I could get any information. They gave me two phone numbers to call and said it will be days/weeks to get all of it sorted and processed. The property room happens to be next door to Nicks school so he went over to see if he could get any information. They told him give them a couple days and try back. They may have my bike! That would be so cool but I am not holding my breath. I'll let you know.

In case you didn't already download it Episode 13 is up for your listening pleasure!

You certainly have a lot going on! I hope you have a chance to sit back and catch your breath every once in a while!

The wrestling school sounds like so much fun! I need to do several more situps before even thinking about ever attempting that. Plus, I couldn't be my favorite style of wrestler --- high flying --- because of my fear of falling from heights! Irony is a cruel and heartless master.

Podcast Diva, wrestling-valet-in-training, BBB, and barista, all at once?! UFO wrote a song about a situation like that --- it's called "Too Hot to Handle"!

I am the only one in my side of the office today so there should be some podcast listening going on. As soon as I can tear myself from the rock fury and pageantry that is Dragonforce (who I just learned about this morning)! They combine the speed of new metal (which I don't generally care for) with the melody and bombast of New Wave of British Heavy Metal (the stuff I love from the late '70s/early '80s --- Judas Priest, the first two Iron Maiden albums, Def Leppard's debut, etc.) stuff.

That is a self proclaimed theme song of mine. Yes, a lot going on but I'm having fun!

You might have been caught up but as of this morning UnRadio Show came out with Episode 17 with Me!

Sorry about the heights thing. I dont think I will be high flying off the ropes or out of the ring anytime soon.
